Dunn Nets World Record Bull Trout

Here's some late-summer breaking news from tenth-grade student/athlete, skier/angler extraordinaire Lauren Dunn:
I am in Fernie, British Columbia fishing for bull trout with my Dad and his friend. I am considered a junior angler because of my age, and most world records for this group are vacant. During this trip, I have caught three world record bull trout. Yesterday morning I caught a world record bull trout that weighed 5 1/2 pounds. This morning, I caught a 6 1/2 pound bull trout, beating my record from yesterday. Then, this afternoon, I caught a 9 3/4-pound fish that was 30 1/4 inches long, again beating my other record. My Dad's friend thinks that my record will be safe for a long time.

Congratulations, Lauren!
